A Perfect Poolside Cocktail - Lemon Drop Martini

It's Friday and although Summer is coming to an end soon...here is a deliciously refreshing cocktail recipe to enjoy poolside or at the beach. It's only for those over 21 of course, and please don't drink and drive! Oh and remember if you're poolside, there are some very pretty plastic martini glasses available so that you don't have to worry about broken glass.
